SaaS License
Bifrost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our software in accordance with your subscription.
Payment & Billing
Services are billed according to the chosen plan (monthly/annual subscription or per-event). Payments are due upon receipt of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Acceptable Use
It is forbidden to use Bifrost to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Host illegal, defamatory, or hateful content.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform's integrity.
Limitation of Liability
Bifrost is provided 'as is'. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss resulting from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
